Hello, I don't have a complaint with my phone, however I went to my local Verizon store to have a new scratch resistant screen put on. I waited in line as the associates were helping other people, then one came and asked my name which I gave him, Karen, he took a few other names then went back behind the counter and asked for anyone with payments, those people he helped, then again came back out and took some more names and again asked for payments. I was there before any of them on my lunch break, I pay my $150 bill on line every month, needless to say I left, called the manager but that same salesperson Buck answered the phone and proceeded to argue with me and be rude, again I asked for the manager and after a few minutes, he got on the phone, I explained the situation and he said that is his policy that he implemented for his store, I said regardless of what someone is there for, the next person should be next, he said "no, you're not understanding what I am saying" I have a greeter take names and then someone will take all of the payments so they won't have to wait for someone to get their phone worked on. What kind of customer service is that? When I switched from T-Mobile and bought a Samsung Galaxy III I didn't have any problem finding someone to help me, nor when my husband went in last week to purchase a protective case for his Iphone, so if you want to pay money, you're first otherwise wait until I get around to you. Several of my friends have had the same issue with this store, and as a manager you should have skills to speak to people in a way that you're not putting them down! I will never go in that store ever again, it's the one in Moncks Corner, SC.
I told the manager I would just contact the corporate office but apparently you need a degree in web configuration to figure out how to reach someone to complain to!!
