I have a brand new phone, 3 days old and it shuts off after 2 minutes, I cannot even get to settings to try to reset the shut off time, any suggestions, can I do this on line somewhere?
Pack up everything you got with the phone and return it to the store for your one exchange allowed under the return policy period of 14 days. Do it sooner than later. The exchange will be for a new phone.
