There a way to let me know when there's a wireless update on my Blackberry?

Hey folks I found out last night just by clicking on Wireless Update that there was an update. I did the update overnight, but I'd like to know when these updates occur whether its letting me know by text, e-mail, phone, etc.?

Is there a way to let me know when there's an update for my blackberry?

There are no automated notifications about the software update prior to it actually being pushed to your phone.

 

However, if you follow blogs like Crackberry.com or BoyGeniusReport.com they get leaked information long before it's ever officially announced by VZW.
