Alright, so I've had my Blackberry Curve for awhile now, but I recently dropped it and snapped the shift key off. Then, being the klutz I am, I spilled soda on the keyboard. So that's out now too. I went to the Verizon store to get it replaced since I have insurance on it, but the guy there said I had to call a number. I called that number, but it said I could get my replacement with overnight shipping if I used the internet instead. So here I am, getting all kinds of accounts here, looking everywhere, but I'm still hopeless. Maybe it's right under my nose, but I've no idea where to go or what to do. All I want is my replacement.
