Why can't I Seeing Contacts Name in Text Mode...Tour 9630

I just completed the upgrade to the new Verizon software for the tour ...  I tried to text someone from my contact and it will not show me the contacts name.. just the contacts number.  How do I change this so I can see the contacts name?   Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have the area code in front of the cell phone number.
