On/Off cycling

I received a ota push this morning and now my maxx just cycles on and off constantly.... help!

Do a Power Reset.! Press the power button + lower Volume or Upper Volume) even if your phone is off Hold for at least 30 sec. let off and repeat the process let of once again see if the phone will Power up and resume normal operation..b33

Consistency is key, so let us unlock that luxury for you and keep your phone on. As advised by a fellow community member, have you tried holding the power button and volume down key simultaneously for a alternate reset? Please keep us in the loop with results.
