Note 3 Email Inbox

Switched from Droid 2x to Note 3. Two Questions...1. Is there a way to changes settings so emails download completely? The emails are truncated IE just download partially and you have to select "load more details" or something link that. 2. Is there a way to adjust settings so emails stay in the inbox until I delete? they disappear at the end of the day.

I hope you're enjoying your new phone, jomama333. The setting to only download a part of the email until you chose is a great way to conserve data, since it will not load a full message while using mobile data unless you tell it to. But we can certainly find out how to have your email set up the way you'd like it. What type of email (Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc) is it? Are you using the original email application on your phone or did you download an email application from Google Play? When you check your email from your computer, do you go to the email website or use Outlook or a similar application to see the email?
