How can I transfer AK Notepad notes from "Charge" into S Memo in "S4"

New phone activation in store transferred photos, videos, contact list, many apps but not the many notes I had made to myself using the built-in]

AK Notepad. S Memo on my S4 is totally empty. Any way to do this transfer or a way to save onto my PC my notes, print them out, etc.

Was this an application that was pre-installed on the original DROID Charge?  Have you looked that application to see if there is a way to backup the notes or share them via some method?
