Everytime I get a new email on my hotmail account i get a message on my BB Storm, i cannot access my email from the storm so the number of messages keeps adding up and i cannot get them to stop.

The easiest way to set up a Hotmail account from your BB is to go to Email Settings on your device. Click on Add. Click on Windows Live and click on @Hotmail.com. Type in your Hotmail username so that it is followed by the @hotmail.com then type in your password. Click Next and that should do it.
Thats what I did so now I get tones and a message icon with number of messages but when I go to messages they aren't there.

I'm going to wait and see if one of our fellow forum users here that is more familiar with the Storm can help. I am not sure of an answer right now for you. I'm sure one of them can come up with an answer.
Vinny I don't know if this will help, but look in the 3 email message boxes. 1) labeled Messages 2) labeled Your regular email name like Vinny @ comcast.com 3) Vinny42 @vzw. blackberry. com hopefully they will be in one of those. I have all my emails and BB Messenger going to Messages Icon and have hidden the rest. Then I only have one Icon to look under for all my messages. You also have text message boxes too.
