How do I unlock my Verizon Blackberry Bold phone so I can use an international SIM card while traveling if I cannot call customer support or access the support chat online?

I am currently traveling and have purchased a temporary SIM card I would like to use in my Blackberry Bold from Verizon.  I need to have Verizon unlock my phone so I can use it, but I cannot call them nor can I access the online Chat function because it says "Sorry, all agents are busy."  So, how do I unlock my phone if I cannot get a hold of a Verizon agent?

There are certain requirements that must be met for us to unlock a device.  First, are you still a current Verizon Wireless customer?  If so, is this device currently active on your account?  Since you're currently out of the country, you can reach out to our Global Support Team by dialing (908) 559-4899 from a landline phone.  Keep me posted!
