I was watching video on my TV, streaming from Netflix on my phone via Chromecast and my phone froze with a blank screen and has been completely unresponsive since. I tried holding down the power button with no joy. I plugged it in and got nothing. I tried holding down the power button and down-volume button and got nothing. It was close to fully charged when it died. I haven't had any problems with the phone previously and have been happy with it. I would take the battery out except I can't.
