NFL Mobile Not Authenticating.

So whenever i try to watch live video it tells me i have to login / auth. So when i do that, It sits there. I get a text saying "Unable to process your message, please try again later."

What is going on here? I hate missing the games.

Anyone got some information on this?

I'm getting the exact same thing with my phone. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, using WiFi, using mobile data, clearing data on the App. Short of performing a master reset, I haven't found a way to get this to work.

Same issue with the s3 as well.

And if it helps, I'm getting a 412 error and I think before I had gotten a 500 error as well.

Same thing here. I called support (because it told me to call when one of the failures happened) and they weren't able to help. I've gotten both the 412 and 500 errors. I'm on a Droid Razr M.

OK that was terrible advice. When I press 1 for an account issue, and then press 1 because I'm a Verizon customer, it directs me to call Verizon. Which I've already done.

Service blocks on your my verizon service may be preventing the NFL mobile app from authenticating. Call customer service or check your features on your my verizon account for service blocks.
