Phone completely shut down after the screen froze and haven't been able to power it back on. Any help?
Is it completely charged? Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
Try powering it up while the A/C adapter is hooked up to it.. let it charge for a while if the battery shows 0%..
