Corporate Email Question?! - For Droid

I have my corporate email on my Droid up and running (on Exchange).

My question is, that it only gives me an option on "Amount to Synchronize" for One day - Three days - One week - Two weeks - One month. there is NO option for ALL mail?

Is there a way I can get all my email? I have certain folder a month back is just not enough...

Is there another email application that I can use that may be able to let me change this option?

I use the Touchdown for Exchange email app. It works well and allows you to enter the number of days for synchronization. I don't know if there is a maximum limit as I only keep a week or two's worth of emails on the phone. You can pick and choose which folders you want to synchronize, but they will ALL be synch'd to the amount of time that you specify. Do you have access to the Exchange Web Interface? That's what I use when I need to look up or at an email older than my set time frame for syncing. It's a bit cumbersome, but it works for the few times I need it.

Another thought is that if the older emails that you need access to are static and simply used for reference, you could print them of to PDF's or Word documents and just store those on your SD card for quick access. That may not suit your needs, just a thought.
