I ordered a g2 on cyber Monday & it just arrived. I followed the activation steps but it's been "activating" for 20 minutes now. What did I do wrong?
Is your old phone turned off and battery removed if that's possible?
Congrats on your new phone EDelgadoh3. I'm sorry your phone is not activating properly. The information from Ann154 is great! Make sure both phones are turned off first for about a minute or two. Then only turn on the new phone and begin the activation process again. If you have already accepted terms and conditions you are set to get started. This should not take 20 minutes and activate immediately. The set up process make take 20minutes or more depending on your settings.
