My phone won't charge unless I have the cord wrapped around the phone about six times, I think the port is bad on it what should I do to fix it?

I'd say that might be a good assessment.! of the issue.. Do you by chance have another charger you could try..If not it might not hurt to go by a Local Verizon store and have them try a charger on it an if it Works then a purchase might need to be in Order..
