SIII Goes right to VMail

My wifes Galaxy s3 is getting ready to be thrown out the window. I am headed into surgery later today and she needs this darn thing to work so the hospital and surgeon can contact her.

When anyone dials her phone it goes to vmail after two rings but never rings on her end.

When this happens How many bars does the phone show? if the bars are at 0 or at 1 that could force the calls to Voice Mail.. as what I found out in doing some searching..

I'm going to suggest this as Well if you can take the battery out take it out and Press the power button for 25 sec. that will help to power cycle the phone and then pull your Sim Card but do that with extreme care try not to touch the Gold area of it.. Leave out the Sim for 10 min. then re-insert it, power up the phone.. this will let the phone reestablish with the towers and Hopefully get it receiving calls not forcing them to Voice-mail.. Let me know if this gets the phone going again..
