I know that my voicemail is set up, has been for years. And if it isn't the caller gets a message that either it's not set up or the account is full. But I had someone tell me that they called me and there was nothing. Is this something that could have been cause by me picking up the phone call at just the right point and a switching error happening? Because I remember picking up a phone call and no one being on the other side.
