I have gone through all necessary steps and added correct info but keep getting an Alert message that says: "Unable to connect to email server to verify your account information. No response from server."
Anyone have any idea how I can navigate around this? Happens to me every time I get a new phone but it's been 3 years and I think the Verizon people figured it out when I bought my phone. The guy who helped me buy the phone yesterday couldn't figure it out.
Have you asked your company's IT department if they have any suggestions?
We are a small company - just 8 of us. So no IT dept and no one has any clue how to help me.
Okay. What ISP is hosting your email address domain? Gmail, yahoo, godaddy, etc?
