Brand new SG4 won't download txt pics. I read all the previous posts about folk not being able to receive iPhone pics but my husband has a SG3 and I can't get his pics either (we even tried while sitting in the same room). Tried with wifi on and off, no luck. When we get group msgs with pics, he gets them but I don't. I also get phantom messages from some of my contacts. When I respond, they show me screen shots that they didn't send the msg I responded to. Can you help with this? It's clearly an SG4 problem since this is a replacement for the new SG4 I bought 6 months ago and the problems continue. The local store has done everything they can but the problem persists.
