Samsung Galaxy Note 3

This morning my phone did an upgrade. Shortly after a small shadow kinda like a burn started to crawl up the screen…now I can not send any text or receive any. I recently brought the Note 3 and it was working fine until this morning. Can someone help? Or have any ideas?

which upgrade did you get??? what we are hearing and waiting for is the new 4.4 kitkat update that is suppose to cure all of our concerns

We want you able to send and receive text messages. What upgrade (software update?) did you get? A software update shouldn't cause any device damage/screen discoloration. Has the phone been exposed to any water/physical damage? If you're still experiencing problems with text messages, it's good to try turning the phone off and on, and if possible, a full reset http://vz.to/1cYLfR8
