Software update problems with Caller Name ID

I have installed the latest updated software for Galaxy S3. The update was to include the app Caller Name ID, ver. 1.14.16. Now, when I look in settings, apps, all the version listed is 1.14.8. And when I go to the home page, touch Apps, the application Caller Name ID does not show an icon. (I think this app may have been deleted) Thus, I'm unable to make any settings for the app. How would I reinstall this app?

Whew. I'm relieved to know you've got the most updated software on your Galaxy S3. But, you raise a great point here about Caller Name ID.

With new software, the potential does exist for pre-loaded applications like Caller Name ID to be removed for the better functionality of your device all together. At this point, I would recommend searching the Play Store for similar applications that suit your needs.

Why don't you update the PDF that list the new version Caller ID as a benefit. I have the same issue and I'm sure this issue is not just limited to the two of us.
