Email notification sound through speaker and bluetooth?

Within the last week or so, whenever I'm on my headset and I receive a text or email, the sound comes from the speaker first, then the headset. This is new, since I've had the set (Roman S301) since February with no problem. I've looked a few other places, but no one seemed to have an answer. SCH-I535 running 4.1.2, FWIW.

How peculiar. But hey, it's nothing we can't address. Really the most odd thing about this is that the notification comes from your speaker and then your headset when it really shouldn't. May I ask if your recently downloaded new software to your phone coinciding with the beginning of issues? And when you disconnect your headset, are you receiving notifications as you should? This situation is likely contingent upon you utilizing a headset but I definitely want to make sure of it and isolate any issues that we can.
