emails are delayed on Z10

Every morning when I wake up I dont see any emails that I have received over night on my Z10. I have to restart the Z10. After that I will start receiving emails.

I have set my preference to "push", so that I can receive emails instantaneous. But right now, its very unreliable. Sometimes, during day time, it will stop receiving emails.

My emails are coming from Microsoft hosted exchange program at https://outlook.office365.com. My wife has an iphone 4s and she is using the same exchange and iphone 4S will receive all the emails instantly.

Can we get this fixed as soon as possible?

I opened up a ticket with Blackberry support and they told me to use "Advanced" section while adding an email.

If I add the email without advanced option, mail server will "m.outlook.com" and that will work (but not all the time).

I had to use "Advanced Option" and MS-ActiveSync and use "outlook.office365.com" as the server name.

That resolved the issue.

Have you attempted to remove and readd your email account?

I'm having the same issues but tied directly to my Yahoo account. It seems like it's happening for all messages (text/picture) as well.
