I cannot connect to the internet using my wifi. I have a GalexyS3. This just started about an hour ago. I have done a soft reset. but it still won't connect.
Are the other devices on the wifi network working? Try rebooting the router?
Yes. everything else is working.
I contacted tech support and after a lot of work by two techs. they are going to send me another phone.
