I get the screen to download or decline- I click on download and I can't get them. I did a soft reset - powered the phone off...
Is your cellular data turned on? Picture texts won't send/receive over wi-fi.
where do I find that?
I don't have that phone, so am not sure of the exact location. It should be in your Settings, then maybe under Data or Network.
Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks (make sure the box is checked).
Also, this was a problem for me once, and if I remember correctly, dialing *228 option 1 fixed it.
