Does anyone know how to restore an S4 back to factory specs?

Please be sure to backup your personal information from both the internal memory space space and external SD card before factory resetting the phone. For example, the camera defaults to the internal memory.
Settings > Accounts > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset.
