I HAVE TWO OTHER LINES AND THEY ARE BOTH THE IPHONE 4. I CAN RECEIVE TEXTS FROM ONE OF THESE LINES BUT NOT THE OTHER ONE. WHY AM I ONLY RECEIVING TEXTS FROM ONE NUMBER AND NOT THE OTHER?
MY NEW PHONE IS THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 THAT I CANNOT RECEIVE THE TEXTS ON.
Was your previous phone an iPhone? If so, the most likely cause is iMessage. Essentially, the iPhones are attempting to send you a message through iMessage, which your new phone is not compatible with. It can be disabled through your iCloud account.
We want those important messages to come through KELLYH40! What happens with your received messages from this line you are referring to? Does the sender see an error message?
