While in FB I clicked on a familiar link, a warning flashes something about I now have a trojan horse on my phone & to click on a "fix". I didn't do that & then a porn page showed up. So was that about the porn page or do I have a virus?
Most likely a false advertisement that is attempting to get you to download a malicious program on your Android.
Highly recommend not hitting "fix".
Yes Androids can have viruses, I would recommend wiping the phone with a factory reset if you believe that your phone has become infected with malicious software.
Yes you can get stuff like that on your phone just like a computer. Also that warning probably WAS the Trojan. Unless you have anti-virus installed on your phone. But I would think you would know what your anti-virus warnings would look like if you had it.
