I've tried to get the latest OTA update to install for the last two days without success. I tried the OTA method first, and when it actually downloads successfully, the install fails. It reboots into recovery mode, starts installing, and then shows a picture of the android robot that says error. It then reboots and says "Software update unsuccessful". I've tried installing via the Verizon Upgrade Assistant too, but the binary ALWAYS fails to download. I've tried both of these methods several times and even performed a factory reset first, but that didn't help. Any ideas for how to get this update working?
