A couple more questions from a new S4 user:
This really goes back to the earlier version of Android that I had, and I doubt that it can be fixed. In the Clock app, I want to add a city to the World Clock that's not on the list (Albuquerque, NM). That seems to be impossible. Can anyone confirm whether or not it can be done?
In Settings > Connections > More networks > Mobile networks, there is a Network mode setting. The purpose of this is to "Choose a preferred network mode," according to the manual. Duh. The choices are Global, LTE/CDMA, GSM/UMTS. But what do these choices mean? I know what LTE, CDMA, and GSM are. But what happens when I make a choice here? The manual, to my surprise, says nothing at all about them. Global is the factory setting. Does that mean I can take the phone anywhere in the world and automatically be using a GSM network, for instance? Or would I switch manually to GSM using this setting? Or what?
Thanks for any advice anyone can give!
