Is an Android update coming?

I want to be able to use a Livescribe pen with my Samsung S3, but I understand that requires Bluetooth Smart Technology, which I believe requires Android 4.3 or 4.4. My phone is still at 4.1.2. When will the OS be upgraded to support Bluetooth Smart? Thanks.

I've read that there's an update coming the end of the month, but haven't seen anything definite from Verizon yet.

The leaked date was Nov. 22nd for 4.3 update on the S3. I'm guessing that it's going to get pushed back because the S4 4.3 update has been a disaster apparently. I'm not sure if 4.3 will bring the update you need though. I'm guessing we will get the update in December now.
