Need Download location of Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assistant - Samsung
anybody have the link to Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assistant - Samsung and the repair assistant
When you connect your phone to the computer with the USB cable you should get a popup message similar to the one shown below. Choose the Run "VZW_Software_upgrade_assistant_installer..." by clicking on it. If you have Windows 8 or 8.1 it will appear as a blue message popup in the upper right hand corner of your monitor. Just click on the message and follow the instructions.
That did the trick
Mine had it before but no longer works. Deleted all info but still no cue to install when connected. Phone boots up as a drive.

My anti-virus program, ESET NOD32 Antivirus 7, keeps quarantining this file "http://neofussvr.sslcs.cdngc.net/EUT_DownloadApplication.do?file=WINFSM_2.13.1001.zip" as "probably a variant of WIN32/Packed.Themida suspicious application." I think this is from the Software Upgrade Assistant.
What should I do?
I can't find the Download location on the website: https://neofussvr.sslcs.cdngc.net/ does not go anywhere?
