Lock Screen Animation

When I first had gotten my phone if you locked the screen it would have this old tv animation really quickly. I just realized that my phone doesn't do that anymore. I was wondering if there was a way to fix that or any explanation of what happened to it.

ryanleung, we want to know that happened too! Did you recently recieve a software update on your device? If so, please be advised that the update may have changed your unlock home screen. After researching the settings of your device extensively. I apologize that there's not an option to change the unlock home screen.
