I am new to this smartphone stuff...Why are all my incoming calls going straight to voicemail? Did I need to do something? I thought the sales associate said I was good to go...HELP!
You might have call forwarding enabled. Dial *73. Press send and wait for the confirmation to disable call forwarding.
