Razr Maxx HD shuts down continuously after update

After the most recent update (9.18.94, I believe) my Razr Maxx HD constantly shuts itself down. Every time I boot it, I can use it for about 30 seconds before it shows a box saying "Shutting Down." I've tried at least a dozen times at this point, trying everything from removing the SD and SIM cards to leaving it plugged in to USB while booting and no matter what I do, it always shuts itself down almost immediately.

Is anyone else having this problem after the update?

To follow up, I was eventually able to get my phone to boot and run without constantly triggering a shutdown. For some reason, the updater seems to have triggered the shutdown, but not actually install the updates after rebooting. I'm not sure what caused it to work properly on the last reboot, but it did eventually work.
