I was looking over my account today and noticed I do not have insurance on my wife's phone. It was previously on her sister's account and has since been switched to mine. She had insurance when on her sister's account and it was suppose to come with it when we switched it over. I was wondering why her line does not have insurance. we opted for the insurance when we purchased her Galaxy s3 @ Best Buy. How do we get this fixed? There are no issues with the phone, it works great. But, I want the insurance coverage just in case something was to happen. Please advise?????
