My volume control button on the left side of my phone is not working. It allows me to turn the volume, but not down. Is there a way to fix this?
This is more of a workaround than anything because I suspect that your down volume button is broken, but when you adjust the volume a slider should pop up on the screen. You can then use this to adjust the volume down. So, one press of the volume up, then use the slider to volume down (of course this has to be done with the screen on). There is also always the option of pressing menu>settings>sound>volumes and adjusting it there.
Let's review options to resolve this lanaweber10! There isn't much troubleshooting for physical buttons. I suggest powering the device off/on.
