Lost Multi Window update

I accidentally factory reset my phone, i recovered all my apps, all my contacts, but for some reason i lost the ability to use the multi window function. I tried to do a software update, but it says it has no new updates. Is there a way to manually get the new update back, or am i just screwed out of the feature forever?

The first thing to do is make sure Multi-Window mode is turned on. Pull down the notification drawer and scroll the little set of toggles all the way to the right. Make sure the Multi-Window option is green.

What build number does it say you on in settings?

Hello and happy Wednesday p0wer1337,

The multi window functionality is easily one of my favorite features to use on the Galaxy S III. It's so easy to use that it's almost addicting. May I ask have you tried the steps that GLW163 suggested? If so then were you able to get this function working again? If not then please update so we can look into other options.
