Phone broke in otter box

So my phone is in an otter box and I dropped it. there is damage that you can see but not my microphone(the one you speak into) does not work. I can hear people talking and I can hear sounds like music but people can no longer hear me and the voice to text and all doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what I can do. Does otter box have a warranty I do have insurance but heck that is why I got the otter box was to prevent stuff like that

What do you mean what response did i get from otter box? Should that be my first step is to contact them? If so how do i go about doing that? What do they normally do?

Let me edit my first post - they is NO damage that you can see. all that broke is the microphone

I'm sure when you got your Otter Box there was some paperwork with it that

told you how to get hold of them for warranty purposes. Their website, you

can Google it, has additional information on what they cover and what they

don't. All the questions you asked you should ask them. Last resort is

using your insurance.

Since none of us work for VZW or OtterBox, you need to contact OtterBox on what they will do , if anything for a busted microphone
