4.1.2 Upgrade on Galaxy S3 corrupted all data on MicroSD card

This morning when I turned on my phone, I was prompted to upgrade the phone to the new Android 4.1.2. After the upgrade all data stored on the microSD card was corrupt. I was able to recover maybe 10% of 8gb stored. I've done a number of upgrades and this is the first time this happened. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Oh no Eugene78, I apologize that took place. You're correct, this usually doesn't occur and it sounds as if the SD card was corrupted. There are no suggested steps to recover the media.
