Does anybody know where the warranty information is for my droid .I can find insurance but no warranty .If I use the insurance because of a cracked screen, and now my screen has gone black. do I get a new phone for my 99.00 deductible?

Your device has a 1 year warranty unless you purchased Total Equipment Coverage, which provides a warranty for 2 years. However, the warranty does not cover physical/water damage or if the device is lost/stolen. An insurance claim would be your best option unless you are looking to upgrade.
