My girlfriend is out of town and received the 4.1.2 update and installed it, but now every time she tries to make a call, the phone automatically dials verizon when she dials the number. Then she's unable to pull up the keyboard to select options. So she can't make out going calls. She can text , receive texts, but is unable to dial out. Any ideas? She's on the Galaxy s3 of course.
