Can't get tech support on the phone

Hi,

I have been trying all day to get tech support on my phone. I called earlier in the day with a tech support question and got cut off. Now all I get when I call is a menu that says to press 1 if I still need help. When I press 1 all I get is a menu to change my phone number. If I try to get tech support via the regular menu all I get is "that service is not available." Is it just me or is live human tech support unavailable generally? How do I get tech support? Help!

Why is it that tech support, actually Verizon pretty much in general, takes FOREVER to answer the stinking phone? I called today because my replacement phone was not activating. Something simple. OMG! I sat on hold, I kid you not, for 49 minutes, 49 excruciating minutes for tech support to finally come to the friggin phone. Are you frigging kidding me???? Prices keep increasing along with the prices for service. Yeah, doubt I'm going to renew my contract(s). Service (location) has been nice but the other stuff is weighting being a Verizon customer down, and it's not looking too pretty right now.

omg. I had the same problem. The Verizon customer service on the phone is ridiculous. Full of promises but non deliver. So I went to the store directly and the sales rep at the stores are so much more helpful. I was fed up and went to the store. I hope your phone issues will get resolved soon. Good luck.
