So I own the Visual Voicemail for 2.99/month but each time I reboot device I'm having to go thru a whole bunch of steps just to retreive my Voicemails.
I hit the Voicemail Icon and I'm tasked with accepting the EULA and entering my passcode each time I reboot
Or I'm having to say...I want to Subscribe; saying I'm currently a member...logging in and then seeing a black screen from Verizon saying "Please Wait for your profile to update; this can take up to 5minutes" Then after the 5minutes is up; I re launch Voicemail and I'm having to go thru the same steps over again.
Occasionally after accepting the EULA and typing in my passcode my Voicemails will load, but again; after rebooting device I'm tasked with doing all the above steps depending on how the device wants to treat me that moment.
So I called Verizon last night and then talked to Tier 2 Tech support and after 60minutes aside from doing a Factory Reset and testing the Voicemail as my first task I am coming to the Verizon community asking if anyone else is experiencing the same problem?
Do you own Visual Voicemail?
Are you having to sign into your account after each Reboot of the Device?
Is this a standard feature within the Galaxy S4?
Thank you
