The update that happened a couple of months ago wiped out my videos and also pictures that I didn't back up. Is there a way to find them in memory?
Do you know if the images were saved on the internal memory or the SD card?
I believe it was on the internal memory. From what I am finding out, I have lost all that was on there when the update took place.
If they were stored on your SD card, they may be recoverable ... but if on the internal memory, you're probably toast.
