Can i go to a verizon retail store to get this fixed?
No. Verizon Wireless doesn't handle repairs. If you have insurance, you can go through Asurion (spell?) and process a phone claim to get a replacement.
You can also check directly with the manufacturer of your device for any repair option they have.
