Where did you find the "OPTIONS" button under Backup Assistant? I can't find it!!!!

Options is usually above one of the soft keys, the buttons above your Send and End keys. Is this not the case? Did you follow the correct menu path? I'm assuming this is from the previous discussion about deleting Backup Assistant, which tells you to go to Media Center > Browse and Download > Backup Assistant.
SydneyK, it is not there. I did follow the correct menu path. When I go to my app list and highlight Backup
Assistant, there are no options. If I click on Backup Assistant, it just
opens the app. I have tried getting to it from other screens and no matter
how I access it, there is no "options" anywhere on the screen.
