Hi,
Easy. On your device, go to Email Settings and open it. Click on the email account you want to change this option. The Menu will pop up and select Edit. Scroll down to Signature and replace "Sent from my Verizon Wireless Blackberry" to what ever you want or leave it blank. Be sure to save.
