Ringtone App won't install

I'm having trouble installing a ringtone app (Super Loud Ringtones) that I'm downloading from the Google Playstore. When it tries to install I get an Error:

"Couldn't install on USB storage or SD card". I can further describe my trials and tribulations and offer my theories...but does anyone have a quick answer?

No worries because we'll get you jamming out to ringtones in no time. First, may I ask if you've tried installing any other apps recently that have gone through successfully? If so, you may wish to contact the app developer themselves as this is a third party app.
